Cafe de Cuba

40 ml dark rum
20 ml CrËme de Cacao
hot, stron coffee
loosely shaken cream

Build in a coffe glass or wine glass with extra thick walls. Put a spoon in the glass to lead off the heat while pouring the hot coffee.
Top with a lid of loosely shaken or lightly whipped cream.
